Ains & Elke StyleHaus Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Minimum orders: A minimum order of $300 is required for all wholesale orders. There is no size or style order minimum.*
2. Placing Orders: All orders are to be placed on the Ains & Elke StyleHaus website - www.ainsandelkestylehaus.com. You must be logged into your wholesale account to view available wholesale products for purchase, receive wholesale pricing, and submit orders. To login or apply for an account please view the options under the Wholesale drop down menu on the top navigation bar. 
3. Payment (Domestic Orders): Payment is due within 24 hours once invoice is received. Invoices will be sent via email within 48-72 hours. Orders are binding once payment is received. Production does not start until payment is received.
4. Payment (International Orders): For all International orders, payment is due at the time order is complete and ready for shipment. An email will be sent to confirm your order and is binding once confirmed for production. Payment is due within 24 hours once invoice is received. Orders will NOT ship until payment is received in full. ALL International accounts must have a credit card authorization form on file. 
5. Net Terms: At this time NET30 accounts are on a case by case basis. If you are interested in being considered for a NET30 account please email: wholesale@ainsandelkestylehaus.com 
6. Methods of Payment: We accept the following forms of payment - all major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal and Klarna
7. Klarna: We've partnered with Klarna to provide you with easy payment options at checkout. So you can buy what you want, when you want. Pay in 4 interest free installments. At this time Klarna is only available to our customers living in the United States.
8. Production Turnaround: Smaller orders of less than 20 pieces will ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. Larger orders over 20 pieces will ship in approximately 4-5 weeks. If an order and/or item is subject to longer turnaround times, the customer will be notified at the time the order is placed. 
9. Custom Orders: Ains & Elke StyleHaus offers custom orders for wholesale customers! Select styles are available in different colorways and fabrics. We are open to your ideas! To place a custom order, select the custom order item option on the website, and submit order as usual. We will be in contact via email to discuss more. You can also email wholesale@ainsandelkestylehaus.com for any questions regarding custom orders. 
10. Shipping: Shipping is calculated and added to your invoice. Domestic shipping rates are based on order total. International shipping rates are based on order total, weight, and country.  Ains & Elke StyleHaus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by International customs. Ains & Elke StyleHaus is not responsible for additional fees charged by International customs. Ains & Elke StyleHaus is not responsible for any damage caused during shipment. Ains & Elke StyleHaus is not responsible for lost, stolen, misdelivered, or delayed packages. 
11. Returns: Items may be returned with written notice via email (wholesale@ainsandelkestylehaus.com) within 7 business days from receipt of order. Items must not be worn and be in the same unused condition in which they were received. Returns are only accepted if there is majors flaws under commercial standards. Ains & Elke StyleHaus is not responsible for any damage caused during shipment. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return items. Returned items are then subject to review. If return is accepted, Ains & Elke Stylehaus will replace accepted returned items for no charge including shipping costs. Replacement order is subject to current turnaround times (unless in stock items are available). If items are not in stock, customers can choose to receive a credit on their account for future orders.
12. MSRP: Products or goods purchased from Ains & Elke Stylehaus shall only be sold at the manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP). If a MSRP is not listed/provided or for any questions regarding MSRP please email stylehauswholesale@gmail.com 
13. Marketing Materials: Wholesale customers will be provided with images to use in the marketing of Ains & Elke StyleHaus products. Images must not be altered. Images may not be redistributed or sold to a third party. Images may only be used of products purchased by customers. All images are the intellectual property of Ains and Elke StyleHaus. Please consider tagging @ainsandelkestylehaus when promoting our products on social media. Wholesale customers are allowed to create their own images for marketing purposes. 
14. Item Listings: All Ains & Elke Stylehaus stockists must list Ains & Elke Stylehaus as the brand on their listings of Ains & Elke Stylehaus purchases, including Mix n Match items. 
15. Intellectual Property: The buyer agrees that the Ains & Elke StyleHaus name, distinctive signs, graphics compositions, and images are the intellectual property of Ains & Elke StyleHaus.

*Mix N Match Deal minimum- On the occasion that A&E offers their ‘mix n match’ there is not a price, but a Fabric minimum. For each fabric purchased, there is a three (3) item minimum. These three items can be in any size and style combination. If you would like less than three of a given fabric combination, there will be a $35 cutting fee per item.

PLEASE NOTE: In case of emergencies Ains & Elke StyleHaus reserves the right to defer the date of delivery, reduce the volume of the goods ordered by the buyer or refund the reseller. 

Ains & Elke StyleHaus reserves the right to deny or cancel a customers wholesale account without written notice if Ains & Elke StyleHaus deems the customer is not a suitable representation of the brand, and/or if any wholesale terms are broken.
