Please allow us the opportunity to fix our mistakes! On the rare occasion that a mistake has been made with your garment, please let us know so we can make your shopping experience the most enjoyable.
For garment issues, we require the customer to contact us within 3 business days. We will not be responsible for any issues brought to our attention after 3 days from receipt of the garment.
Refunds are generally not offered on any custom items, due to the extensive conversations and information between the client and the shop prior to shipment. In the rare instance of a refund, any partial or full refunds ( or shop credit) will be issued based on the discretion of the shop, and will be issued only if we are not able to supply a replacement within a reasonable amount of time.
Processing Time: In stock products will ship within 3-5 business days. Out of stock products are made to order and will ship within 3-4 weeks. Stock availability can be viewed on the product page. This does not apply to custom or wholesale orders.
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-7 business days for your shipment to arrive. Shipping insurance is not available at this time.
All international orders are shipped via USPS. First Class Mail with no insurance. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your shipment to arrive. Ains and Elke StyleHaus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by International customs.
